Cancellation Policy
Deposits are non refundable.
30% fee will apply to all no-shows. If a deposit is placed, fee will be waived as it will take the place of the no-show fee.
No-call no-shows will be banned from book any further appointments.
If communication is not made to notify of lateness, appointments are automatically cancelled 10 minutes after scheduled time.
